Postgraduate

Introduction

The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama offers a number of postgraduate Masters courses in both the School of Music and the School of Drama.

Our postgraduate programmes include the internationally recognised Masters in Opera as well as some exciting new programmes including the MA in Classical and Contemporary Text for actors and directors.

The Academy is also at the forefront of development in research into creative practice. PhD and MPhil degrees undertaken at the RSAMD are validated and awarded by the University of St Andrews and research students have access to the facilities of both institutions.
